I played around with Pinterest . I have jmhhacker.com and Pinterest 

I make about 70 a day on blogger but wanted to see if I could double it. I have a decent blog and some good products. 

So this got me thinking that really anyone could make some money on pinterest Well I did it I made 190 for the day more then a dble..

BECAUSE I WANT TO SEE PEOPLE DO WELL I WILL TELL YOU HOW> I AM TELLING YOU IT IS THERE TO TAKE!

What you need
Pinterest Acct

Adsense Account. Don't have one? Apply for it. 


 Blogger Account. . 

What do you do now? 

1) Log in to your Pinterest account and go to the popular pins page. This is more or less like your trending page on twitter. On this page you are going to find about 100 pins that are currently popular on Pinterest. 



2) Right click and save the images from Pinterest onto your computer.  Make a folder called Pinterest on your desktop and save the images there to keep yourself organized. 

3) Head to blogger.com and create a blog with pinterest in the title. Doesn't really matter. Choose the basic adsense template to go on your blog. I did absolutely nothing to my blog it looks like crap and I put up the basic adsense slots. 


  
 4) upload the 100 images that you just downloaded to your blog. This is the most time consuming step. I did them 3 at a time. You may be able to do all 100 at once...i dont know, I didnt try. 

5) go through your blog and pin the images that you just uploaded to your blog. write really basic descriptions for the pins, such as "hahah" or "yumm". Really stupid stuff...this isnt hard. 
                                                                     



6) Sit back and watch the traffic come in. 10 minutes after completing this, I had delivered 345 UVs to my blog and got an email alert stating:

I had done absolutely nothing and getting traffic. What you are doing is taking someone else's already "viral" pin and making your own so that it can go viral. 

Some notes: I did this on a brand new pinterest accounts. I had 0 followers when I started doing this test. I also did this on a brand new blog, so there was no traffic prior. I am 100% positive that this can be scaled up because I know people making decent money from Pinterest. 

When someone tells you they can't make money online, show them this thread. I'm pretty sure my dog could do it.

Glad to see my account gaining today :)

Pinterest nudged its users to report  hateful, violent, and spammy undesirable pins, they also had a team focus on hunting down spammy accounts. On Thursday, those accounts were removed forever.

I saw a post on the Pinterest blog that said the spam team is investigating reports and building systems that detect, and prevent spam.

Yesterday being Thursday they deleted millions of accounts and know what to look for now.

They say it is for the integrity of Pinterest and to helps make sure that followers are real people 

Do not be alarmed if as a result of the cut down , you may see that your follower count lowers. Personally I lost 50 out of 9100 followers.

Pinterest just wants you to report pins (and people) you think violate  guidelines. I have a feeling they will have both hands full. Oh and who is going to start on twitter?

The PinReach score is a combination of various social activities you complete while using Pinterest. We have no plans to detail the exact formula of the score, however we would like to highlight some factors that contribute to greater positive increases.

For example, repins have far greater impact on your score than simply pinning something new. Of course, in order for your score to increase you need to engage and pinning is a critical piece to that process, but at any given time repins carry more weight than pins. Once members start repining your item your score will increase much quicker. Another similar relationship exists between followers and who you follow. Simply following 500 members will do far less for your score than having 500 new followers on your account. Again, liking content yourself will do less for your score than when others like your items, as actions made by other members on your account carry much more relevance to your social influence than what you do yourself.

Keep in mind that it becomes much more difficult to increase your score the higher it gets. Currently, we do not have anyone in the 90's yet, and a large majority of our current users are between 24 and 50, with some outliers reaching up into the 80's. We currently have about 10k users and these numbers only reflect PinReach members, so they will change as our userbase continues to grow.

Ultimately, the goal should be to produce and share great content on Pinterest - the better the content, the more likely it is that your followers, customers, and random users will be willing to interact with your pins. The more interaction, the higher your influence. As a brand, your goal should be to keep close watch on how your potential buyers engage with your content. Harness the referral power by highlighting your products in fun and unique ways that get users sharing your content. Compare the repins, likes, and comments of your product pins with those of your non-valued items to see how this affects engagement.
